professional coach, passionate logic and efficiency geek, proud mother of two, experienced manager, confident introvert, and happy resident of The Netherlands.
For many years, I worked in the energy industry in various (management) roles in controlling, risk management, valuation, and lean transformation in an international corporation. I am in my element with rationality and numbers (love xls 😉). At the same time, I always enjoy those moments when a colleague/employee/manager/trainee comes by and asks if I have a moment to think together, to listen, to challenge, to give my opinion, to help, to brainstorm, to spar, to sort things out,...
In brix coaching, I combine my fable for structure and fast thinking, my ability to really listen and my heart for helping others, as well as my longterm work and management experience to support you on your way.
